    AR bolt

Went to clean my Beowulf after shooting yesterday, and I cannot get the bolt out of the carrier. I am new to ARs so I may be overlooking something. I removed the cotter pin, then the firing pin, but the key wont budge- (key may be the wrong term).

Remove cotter pin which allows you to remove the firing pin.
Remove the cam pin which allows you to remove the bolt. You have to rotate the cam pin so you can get it past the gas key when you pull the cam pin out.

Cam pin seems stuck(thats what I was calling the key). My 223 cam pin comes right out, the 50 cal does not. Any tricks? More force?

Rotate the cam pin as ocabj says, then pull it out. If it's a new bcg it may be a little tougher till you shoot it more and loosen it up, but it should come out.
