wierd primer hit ??

I had a stove pipe in my 9mm TZ75 and examined the shell. the primer had the normal primer dimple and then a long impression from the middle of the primer to the outside - like the firing pin stuck in the fire position and scraped on the primer as it was ejected. I lost the shell or I would post a pic. anyone ever see this?
