I live in the Bay Area and am in need of a gunsmith with experience counterboring milsurp rifles. I have an 8mm VZ24 that needs to be counterbored. Shoots shotgun patterns, but has strong rifling beginning about 1 1/2 inches from the muzzle. Anyone know of anyone? I live in Oakland. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
