    Gunsmith\Metal work needed! Wildey Magnum

    Hello Calgunners!

I have a Wildey 45 Winchester magnum with a cracked sight rib.

The crack is on the very front where the front sight set screw goes in. Without the set screw the sight is not secure.

The material seems to be aluminum. I don't know if it can be welded. The area of the crack is pretty small, probaby a few millimeters so it has to be precision work.

    HELP!!!!!

    email me - eman_308@comcast.net

You need to post a picture of the specific problem.

Which one of these ribs do you have?
