    GP100 Assembly Help Needed, Temecula Area

    Well......after shooting it the other day I took it apart and now cannot figure how to reassemble the damn thing! I have looked at You Tube video's etc.....I would like some local help If I can get it, just trying NOT to pay a gunsmith a hundred dollars. I can come to your place and I'll pay ya for your time or buy ya a twelver, your choice! I have posted a pic of the parts.

          the extra part not shown in the video Randall posted is the plunger at the top of your second photo.

          it is the plunger that retains the pivot pin for the lock. in the video it is not removed. you have only the plunger; the spring is either still in the hole or lost. it's position is the hole in the top of the crane.

          eta
          lol I forgot the cylinder assy is last in disassembly sequence. that spare plunger may go somewhere else, possibly in the trigger guard.

          once you get it back together, sell it and buy a S&W.

            You did not listen to the disassembly part of the video then.
            He does not remove the detent and spring which locks the grooved cross pin from inside the crane
            You have the detent out of the crane so put that back into the crane and then follow the video on the rest of it.

                Yes the one extra part I had showing was the detent,I put it back into the crane on top of the spring, thanks for the help, mission accomplished.
