Got a tough one for you guys

I'm converting a Saiga front end.

On the last pin... I broke a drill bit in the FSB

So, it's got one pin already in it, which turned out fine.

I tried drilling the FSB from the opposite side to try to knock it out, didn't work...

Tried using a screw extractor to grind it down, didn't work...

    Any ideas?

I'm thinking of just welding the holes up and leaving it as is...

So in effect the drill bit is in place where a pin would be?

If it's solid then you could just leave it as is and grind it flush with the side of the FSB?
        Poke'm with a stick!

You got a point... best I can tell there's about 5mm of drill bit in there still

          looks like crap though...

I ordered a left hand drill bit to try to get it out, if that does't work maybe I'll take it to Randall to weld it in there.

A thick glob of black paint will solve that!
