Franchi affinity recoil pad replacement?

Recoil pad tore on my franchi finding a replacement has been tough . Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, it looks like they are sold out. I bought a 14" LOP pad for my Affinity last year from Midwest. I love the gun, but the proprietary recoil pad is way too hard to find.

I bit the bullet and order one from Italy and paid 2x the price smh
