Parallel M-Lok Help

Hi Calgunners,

I got a riddle here and could use some help figuring it out. I have an AR with a triangular handgaurd. Each side, except the top have dual M-lok channels. I've been wanting to add a Triangular hand assit/stop or even a vertical grip, at the bottom. But the M-loks are not centered. I mean they are centered to each in parallel form. But mounting anything would be off-center.

Anyone know of an adapter that has dual m-lok to picatinny in the middle. Or even a dual m-lok to single m-lok in the middle. I'm trying to avoid drilling and milling. I'm also very happy with the look and simplicity of it, so I'm not interested in swapping out.

What brand/model? Those look a little too big to be Mlok.

I'm not sure. I bought the complete upper at a gun show in while ago, while I was on a Reno trip. There's only a USA flag laser edged right were the front sight area mounts. Those are all the markings I could find.

It's a great upper and overall rifle. It's just that sometimes handling gets a bit slippery.
