AR 10 jig

Looking for an AR ten jig if anyone has one that I could beg, buy, rent, or borrow, I would really appreciate it. I recently came across this paper weight and would like to make it functional. TIA.

There are too many different kinds of 308 AR’s to just use any 308 jig and expect it to work correctly.
You really need to match up the manufacturer of your receiver with the jig that the manufacturer recommends.

Yes.
You needed to finish it out before 2017 to put your own name and serial number on it and register it or before 2018 to apply for a serial number from the state it CA.
You can not complete it now without first applying for a serial number from the state of CA.

You have until 2024 to get that done or dispose of the receiver blank because it’s contraband starting in 2024.

Not sure what AZ is about but your profile says you are in Alta Loma, California so advice is given with that fact in mind.
If you have moved out of CA, you would get different advice with a different stated location.
Update your forum profiles accordingly.

Now that my profile has been updated, hopefully I might find a jig. I did find that AZ does not care.
Arizona residents are completely free to build their own firearms from 80 lowers and frames without any required serialization or FFL transactions. It's the perfect state to take advantage of your constitutional Second Amendment right and freedom to keep and bear arms. That includes 80% Arms!
Having found this....no stores in havasu have a jig. The search continues. Thanks for your help.

80% arms has a great jig - but kinda pricey to do 1 lower.

There's a rumor about the Feds shutting down 80% receivers in August (this will cover all 50 states as well) but that's initially just supposed to be the manufacturing and sales of them so the one you have should be fine to finish out.
Even still, it might be a good idea to finish it out by August so it will be grandfathered to any new law that comes down the pike next month.
No idea how long until they do anything beyond stopping the sales and manufacturing of them or if they even will be able to figure out how to do that.
