        one-off + CNC = $$$$.$$ not $$$.$$
none of the original parts were made by CNC.

That's going to be one very expensive gas block.

Kinda like having business cards printed. Order 1000. The first card is really, really expensive, the rest are free.

Just out of curiosity, do you have a drawing?
There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

That is one complex (Latin term for expensive) part. A CAD drawing is of little use unless you can created the CNC code from the file. That is the expensive part the actual machine work is just machine time.

What material have you spec'd? I have a few cnc mills and lathes. I might be interested.
There's some online services too, and some of them do stuff really inexpensively. If money/cost is important, you might get a quote from them. You don't have to tell them what it is, although some might figure it out.

Most machine shops start at $150/hr. They'll want a detailed dimensioned drawing with tolerances not just a CAD model. Since you're envisioning some type of round profiles, you're probably going to be in the 4 figures by the time you're done. That's assuming your dimensions and tolerances are correct and the first one fits.

CNC contouring is the easy part. What you will need is 5th axis and that ain't cheep nor are the machines just sitting around idle waiting on work.
