Bay Area Shotgun Gunsmith

I have a weatherby SA-08 compact 20ga that is having cycling issues with target loads. Cleaned inner parts multiple times and shot 200 rounds but still doesn't cycle.

Looking for a gunsmith in the bay area that is experienced with semi auto shotguns. Looking to potentially drill the gas port bigger to help cycle the gun. Appreciate any help.

I'd ask at one of the more popular shotgun ranges: Martinez Gun Club, Livermore R&G, etc. Lots of serious shotgunners there.
