Looking for gunsmith in Sacramento (AR upper)

I would like to assemble some uppers myself, but I figure the amount of money I'd have to spend on tools, would cost as much as just giving the uppers to a pro to assemble. I'm having a hard time just getting the brake off of my barrel, without having a vise.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good, and affordable, gunsmith in the Sacramento region?

Alternatively, does anyone have a block set, and magpul armorer's wrench they'd be willing to either rent out, or sell?

Without a vise, a block set and wrench isn't going to do you much good.

I assemble uppers for people all over the country.
I also do machine work that is not available from most armorers.
USPS will get your parts to me in a few days.
