Looking for a gunsmith- Galil Ace.

Hello comrades
Im looking for a experienced gunsmith that knows how to work on a Galil Ace, i want to shorten the barrel from 16 to 13.9 and pin and weld a Muzzle brake ro make it overall 16 inches. I live in Riverside,Ca.
Please advice if you guys know of anyone in Southern California, willing to drive an hour away from Riverside.
