AR 80% Receivers

Does anyone here have experience on completing an AR 80% Receiver? Do you need a milling machine or Drill Press will do? Thanks.

There is a drill press adaptor for milling the fire control group on lowers where that area is solid. On opened fire control group lowers, you will need to widen it a tiny bit, a mill isn't necessary. CNC guns has a how-to-guide for both and sells the adaptor.
