Looking for a ca-7 conversion walk through

I can't find one, hoping someone knows of one. I've got the barrel, upper, bcg, and mag lock I'm gonna use. I'm less clear on what buffer and tube I need because I want to put a brace on it. Also unclear as to whether i need a castle nut. I've put together a couple ar's a few years ago and half a dozen ak's, I'm not incompetent, I just need my hand held a little bit, and a picture laden or video walkthrough would help me immensely. Thanks

If you buy an SB brace that comes with a buffer tube, you will need a carbine buffer and carbine spring and uses a standard carbine castle nut and endplate.
Also make sure that you limit the brace travel so you don't go over 13.5" length of pull as the ATF has determined that braces over 13.5" length of pull are stocks.

Channel locks and map gas. To get the tube off you can reuse the buffer and spring.
They put varying amounts of green lock tight in those. Gas port drilling will be cheap at a machine shop. Then put it all together.
