AR-15 Trigger Disassembly

Im a fairly mechanically inclined person, that just took possesion of a SAR with a Red Star Arms adjustable trigger. I REALLY like the feel of this trigger compared to my single stage trigger on the AR which is both heavier, and nowhere near as smooth.

Funds are tight and I was looking to take the trigger apart and polish some of the surfaces to improve its feel. However I can't find anything like a parts diagram or manual, and figured someone here might have an idea, I used the search function, but the words AR, and trigger come up just about every post it seems
