Need a gunsmith to bore out rifle to Smoothbore

Wanting to have a muzzleloader taken from rifled to smoothbore. I'm in the process of getting a rifle in either .50 or .54 and would like to have it bored out to either .54 or .62, depending on what I get and what can be done safely. Are there any gunsmiths in CA or in the Central Valley who do this kind of work?

Doesn't seem like the kind of job I'd want to do with a hand drill. TOTW barrels would work if I had already bought one of their rifles. There are people who do this in other states that I can ship to. But I'd rather do business locally -- even if that's just somewhere else in CA.

I was the guy they called when you took it to Half Cocked in Clovis. What exactly are you working on? I can do it for you, depending on the existing barrel dimensions and outside features. I have done many relines for antiques in various calibers.
