Hogue Freedom Fighter install?

Are there any gunsmiths in LA/OC that do Hogue Freedom Fighter installation?

I'd do it myself but I really don't want to mess up my CA11 lower. I also can't just go the maglatch/FNGR route because of the @#$% Franklin lower geometry - there's no pocket above the mag release for the locking tab to sit in.

I have the tooling so all you need to get is the refill kit that comes with the parts.
