Does anyone know where I can get a pair, do they even exist hahah

Send it to Springfield they’ll probably give you a whole new bolt for free.

Send it in. You have a problem with insufficient clearance at the relief cut on the receiver where the bolt closes.

I assume that means that the bolt is coming to a stop through the roller instead of the lug against the receiver?
