    VP9

    Good Morning calgunners
So my wife has been saying she wants a red dot on her VP9 and was wondering if there was anyone local who can cut the slide for me to get this done. I live in Pomona but of course willing to travel. I know they sell optic ready slides but they are pretty costly and hard to come by.

There are a few on here, but you might need to expand the description of your thread to get the attention of one of them.

^^^^Excellent point. You will also risk someone screwing up your very expensive, hard to replace gun.

Spend $150 -$250 to get your slide milled or $379 for a new Optics Ready slide from the HKWEBSTORE? I know what I would do...

You will get a slide with suppressor height sights for 1/3 co-witness. You won't have to mess-up the exisiting rear sight dovetail or potentially have fitment problems with some red-dots.

Less hassle for a little more money IMHO.

Good luck with your choice OP.

(PS - just received the long slide OR version and it looks crazy-good. Can't wait to put a new Holosun ACSS red dot on it when they become available.)
