Glock 19 Jammed Trigger Pin

Been to multiple forums and tried everything listed from moving the slide lock around, using some oil, hammer + punch, etc. to try to get it out but with no avail.

I have a Gen 4 Glock 19 where I just recently installed a Vickers Extended Slide Stop Lever but now the trigger pin is completely stuck. During installation all 3 stock pins came out easily but as soon as I installed the stop lever the trigger pin will not budge.

Any suggestions? Or recommendations for a Bay Area gunsmith or Glock armorer that would be able to help? Luckily the gun functions flawlessly and there's no immediate need to get it fixed, but ultimately I would like to upgrade the trigger and will need to get it removed.

I've had nothing but ****ing problems with that piece of **** Vickers Tactical Slide Stop Lever. I've tried it three times across three guns, two separate levers that I purchased. (One lever was tried on two guns.)

Hate to say it, but hammer time. Wiggle + use a hammer.

I know everyone says "don't use a hammer" and just wiggle, but the problem is that the Vickers hole is not manufactured to the proper spec (under-sized), and doesn't have the proper "play" that the OEM one has that allows the release of the pin. So you're going to have to get a bit "3-dimensional chess" on it by wiggling while having it held upwards, pressing on it with a pin, and using a hammer with mild-moderate force. Not excessive force, don't break your gun, but you're gonna have to have a hammer help you push the pin past the wee smidge of under-spec lip that is holding that piece of **** in place. If you can secure some help, a second pair of hands will be helpful. If you've tried wiggling and it doesn't work, you need more wiggle and more hammer-force. It sucks, I know. I've been there, I actually went through this a third time a few days ago on a G19 that just came back from stippling, and needed to have it removed. It was a hammer-time ***** to remove.

Throw the OEM one back in and never look back. I bought mine off of Brownells and thankfully, their lifetime guarantee for non-special-order parts had me covered. I returned both for a refund. Glock perfection may be a bit of a overexaggerated joke by the Glock religious, but I guarantee that their OEM slide stop levers are perfect. If you really need an upgraded one, get the OEM Enhanced version, that's what I did. The little bump at the back is nice. OEM is king for Glock slide stops.

You need to wiggle the slide stop up and down when trying to punch the pin. Vickers extended and Glock extended have both served me well. I’ve tried pretty much all of them and prefer the Sure Touch.
