    how do i take out the rear tensioning pin on my ar15 to put in a jp pin to make the upper and lower fit tighter

    Do you mean your rear takedown pin?

    Remove stock.
    Take out takedown spring and detent.
    Pull out takedown pin.

      i am talking about the pin that holds the lower and upper together ??????

        no i am taken the hole pin out to put in the jp pin to make a tighter fight for lower and upper

            well i guess i will have to get a specail tool to take off the stock bec of the nut or is there anything else that i can use
