Making a BCM MOD 0 a fixed stock

Has anyone made the BCM MOD 0 into a fixed stock?
I've done the LMT SOPMOD and the M4 waffle stock but this one has me scratching my head lol.

Any stock that slides on to a carbine receiver extension can be cross-pinned to the receiver extension to meet the definition of a fixed stock.
