1911 Sight Installation

Hello all, I would like to get some recommendations for a quality gunsmith to machine and install a set of adjustable sights on my pistol. My pistol is a custom Caspian/Colt. The slide is a factory original 80 series Colt 5''. This is exactly what I'm looking for in the picture below. I've already contacted Clark Customs in Louisiana but they say it would be a 1yr wait. That's a little frustrating. The email that I received from them indicated that the rear sight is a Bomar target and the front is a Novak CDT.
