Charging handle pulls out of bolt no gunsmith required
Bolt release is also a pretty easy fix, guys at 3 gun offer some video advice as does YouTube

Check out OR3GUN bolt release button that doesn't require a gunsmith either.

The charging handle just pulls out and you plug the new one in.
