They are normally sold with all the rest of the parts already installed.
Did you buy a parts kit from a cut up police turn-in gun thinking that you could just buy a stripped reciever and assemble it?

Gunbroker is absolutely going to be your best option but you should watch all the gun auction and sales sites.

The fact that you can't find what you are looking for means it's probably just not available right now.
          Keep watching.
          It will turn up eventually.
Just might take a few years.

Overt what thread pitch on the barrel and size? DifferEnt lever guns have different threads and size. What caliber?

A complete one is going for 239 without the receiver so I thoughts it’s a good deal
In general, it's not a good deal because the barrel you get in the parts kit is NOT going to align properly in the replacement reciever.
That means you are going to have to re-time the barrel, rechamber the barrel to correct headspace after the timing is fixed and then shorten all of the parts that attach to the barrel via dovetails after you have moved the dovetail back closer to the reciever during re-timing.

If you can do all of that machine work yourself, you might be able to build a gun for almost the same price that you could buy a nice used one.
If you had to pay for any of that work, it will be less expensive to purchase a complete gun.
