using conversion barrel on fitted slide

I have a G33 and want to have a match target barrel fitted in .357 sig, I also want to buy a 9mm alpha wolf *drop in* barrel for the same pistol. The drop in will be using lower pressure 9mm where the precision fitted will run .357 sig. Will running the lone wolf in the same slide screw up the precision fit of the match target barrel?

Probably not, but break the slide in really wall with the 9mm barrel before you fit the 357 barrel to it.
That way, anything that's going to wear during break-in will be worn.
