Any old moly grease you can get at the autoparts store will be fine.

                Moly paste is better.

Aershell 33MS for buffer tube and such. For muzzle breaks clean with alchohol and use threadlock.

                      You should be slapped.
Crush washer should do the trick. No thread locker needed

Grease is grease, anti-seize is anti-seize. You can use barbecue sauce if you want to, but if your goal is to prevent galling and seizing over long periods of time under harsh conditions, buy the product that is specifically made for that purpose.

I like both Loctite and Permatex nickel anti seize because they remain effective under harsher conditions than many other products. I have several big jars that are placed strategically around the garage. You can probably get by with a small tube that should last you the rest of your life. It's less than ten bucks on Amazon, and you can have it by tomorrow.

Many ebay sellers will sell you a little 2oz tub for a few bucks shipped.
While almost any grease will work, Aeroshell 33ms is the one called out in the mil-specs.

Stay away from the non-metallic type, use a copper or nickle type anti-seize.
The non-metallic is a food grade anti-seize and used on food processing equipment.
