I got the 2nd compressor running finally.
The pair of them will just about keep up with the blast cabinet, allowing blasting for an 80-90% duty cycle now.
I also have the 2nd blast cabinet all setup except for a new piece of clear plastic for the light box.

Barrel, sight and trigger work on most pistols and shotguns.
    Most work performed while-you-wait.

Got the 2nd cabinet all rebuilt.
            New foam gaskets everywhere.
New plastic protector sheets on both windows.
            Upgraded to LED lights.
Plumbed into the shop air with 3/8" ID hose and a regulator right at the cabinet.

I loaded it with Glassbead and it runs great.

Now I can leave the other one setup for aluminum oxide and I won't have to swap media back and forth anymore.
Murphy's law always has someone asking for glass bead blasting when the aluminum oxide was in the cabinet and then aluminum oxide when the glass beads were in the cabinet...
