If I had a Beretta 92fs with a fluted barrell, would I be able to put a standard barrel back on it?

You're going to need the barrel assembly which is the: barrel, locking block, plunger and rollpin. Make sure when you get the replacement barrel that it is the assembly or you'll have to cannibalize those parts from your old barrel.Luck favors the prepared.
