    need an ak trigger

what's the general consensus on ak triggers? is it worth the hundred plus bills for the fully adjustable trigger? should i just go for the cheap tapco till i see if the barrel shoots straight? if it pattens like a shotgun, i'll be mad. i'm used to 3" groups or better at 100 yards with my 100 year old mosin. can i expect similar results with the romy ak?
p.s my m39 mosin would shoot better than 3" if it weren't for my 45 yo eyes.

I'd say go with the Tapco. They're cheap, they work, and the two that I have are actually pretty nice.....Keep in mind, I shoot a lot of surplus rifles so my perspective on what is and is not a nice trigger may not be the same as yours. Also If you don't like it, you shouldn't have any trouble selling it. I'm sure someone will give you some cash for it, and you can put that money towards the fancy trigger of your choice.

G2. you can always upgrade later. i've never used the rsa. i've been told they're all that but take a little time to get dialed in right. midway has tapcos on sale right now.

oops! i shoulda checked the post before i oredered my compliance parts. i ordered the adjustable trigger instead of the tapco.
it's o.k. though. i think i got it figured out. i'll just buy another ak kit and have a reason to get the tapco trigger group!
