The only demilling that really has to be done is the rear triggerguard rivet to free the triggerguard from the reciever when you cut through the reciever between the fire control pins and then another cut through the receiver at the magwell.
If you are not able to do the demill yourself, you might be spending $80 to $120+ in shop time to get a full demill job done.

It takes me about an hour with a dremel and a drill to de mill an AK, and save the receiver. Takes a couple of cut off wheels and sharp drill bits too. Like has been mentioned, those rear trunnion rivets can be stubborn if they were put in at the original factory..Comment

Cut the receiver on both sides of the trigger guard. Using a cutting wheel is easiest, but even a hacksaw only takes a few minutes. Let the buyer do the rest of the de milling. As AR15 says, you’ll never recoup your money paying someone else to do it.Comment
