Probably wont get too many responses for physical assistance. A self-built firearm is to be made by one's self. Any one who assists along the way would be considered a manufacturer and would have to be licensed as such.
As far as fit of the hammer and trigger, look at your pocket width and depth and compare to an AR blueprint. Check hammer clearance at the corners. The radii might need to be smaller.

Drill bit? So are you using a drill press?
Maybe should use the big that uses a hand router and end mill bit. Much nicer results or so ive heard.
Lower looks out of spec. Trigger pocket needs cleaning up, should have nice sharp radius corners. Your going to fast. Slow down small steps. Work the middle before going to the outsides. Also small circular passes clock wise.
Or so ive heard.

it is fixable......., but KC is right, that thing is a turd.
now when I say 'fixable', you could use JBweld to fill in all the mistakes and then use that as a practice piece for the next one, no sense screwing up yet another lower until you know what you are doing.
you need a solid vise and a mill, not sure what you used, but what ever it was, it was not the right tool.
Just a note, if your not good with tools, start simple, not something that could blow up in your face.
