FAL MAG

I guess there'd have to be some machined part that works similar to a patriot mag release that goes over the current mag release. However, I don't know of any in existence.
Since most FALs have a fixed buttstock already, I'd simply replace the flash hider with a muzzle brake and put a wrap on the grip. Or you can weld the magazine in the there... but I wouldn't do that. -

FAL Automatic Locking Magazien Release
There is an automatic locking magazine release being developed for the FAL platform - the FAL Automatic Locking Magazine Release (FALMR).
Development work is ongoing and there will be an update posted on the thread very soon.

I drill and tap the magazine catch and install a setscrew where the spring used to be.
Reinstall the magazine catch, insert a magazine and tighten the setscrew.
Loctite the setscrew in place and shove a piece of lead shot into the setscrew's socket so that the screw can not be loosened with a tool.
If you ever need to remove the mag, use a drill bit to remove the lead shot from the setscrew.Randall Rausch
