8370 shows a small box of clecos and the tool to install and remove clecos.
    Clecos are temporary rivets.
The cleco tool will not set actual rivets.

The gauges appear to be typical dial test indicators.
The gauge faces should specify the measurement units and travels.

The gauge with pipe threads is a pressure/vacuum gauge.

The counter with the arm is a mechanical counter that counts machine cycles.

Dial indicators.... a holder for a dial indicator or the base.... a level.....and production counter, and cleco pliers with fasteners.

      That is what you have.

      Beat by a few minutes....by Randall !!

The level is the most useful, maybe worth $20. The rest, even if you were in the business, aren't very useful because you would have something more up to date if you were.
