Good afternoon.
While there is a you tube vid out there its pretty bad. So I figured I would share my experience and show others who may have some old UZI mags laying around who would like to also use them for AR 9mm mags.
Keep in mind these do not work with a last round bolt hold open which to me isnt an issue as my 9mm AR is more for range time any way.
I found these and sued them as a base for the cuts.
I will be making a jig to do some more of my old mags and I will post that up when done.
We used hand mill with a .25 cutter they came out nice and clean just filed the edges.
Here are the first 3 I completed. they all function 100% while one needs a little more taken off the top cut as it locks in a little tight and sticks a little.
