80% Sig 220

Are the Sig centerfire 220 Caliber Exchange kits for the Sig 22LR 220's to be converted to 45ACP just normal 45ACP barrels and Slides? Will they work on any 45ACP 220? I'm trying to source the top end for a Matrix 80% 220.

The description plainly states the slide is aluminum.
That means it's definitely not the same as a 45acp slide.

I assume you will also be buying an incomplete kit from Matrix?

I am thinking that you should call up sig and ask if you can use their x-change kit on a standard .45acp P220. For example, you want to have a spare slide assembly...

I guess you would still need a hammer, grip screw washers and grips

Good luck. Hope they say the locking block is the same on 22lr. If it isn't the same with standard .45acp, and they made the bottom lug of that x-change kit barrel fit the special .22lr locking block then it will not fit your .45acp locking block provided by Matrix.
