CZ 75b sight replacement - suggestions

I have a CZ 75b that needs new sights.

Is this easy to DIY? Do I need a sight tool?

If it's not pretty straightforward, does anyone have a smith on the SF Peninsula that they can recommend? I'm not sure but I think Reeds has a smith. I have sent a SP-01 into Cajun but for something that's this straightforward I don't want the hassle of sending to them.

Dawson Precision sights. They supply CGW and CZUSA. The race sights have a fiber optic front sight.

Replaced the sights on my 75b today. Went very smoothly after watching the video. Thanks for posting it!!
