    1911 grip medallion mounting

I just bought 1911 grip medallion for some micarte grips that I have that already has the cut outs.
What kind of glue do I use to mount them in there?
    Buy my EO Tech XPS3-0!!!

Epoxy is probably your best bet.

I believe it is important to give the back side of the medallion some 'tooth' as it's called. Whatever method you can think of to make the surface more likely to grip the epoxy; filing, sanding, gouging, you get the idea. I've been thinking of doing something on a rifle stock with a coin or medallion.
