      Besides the obvious.

Let me rephrase as say, what internal frame parts are unique to the g19? I guess I’ll have to just start assembling with the g17 lower parts kit that I have on my polymer 80 compact. Whatever parts don’t fit then I’ll have my answer.

Close, the locking block is probably different as well, and recoil spring. Slide stop lever could be as well if its for an early 2 pin gun.

You're not using the locking block, so all the lower parts are interchangeable.

If they're all the same, then why are the LPKs sold separately for full size vs compact?

They are not exactly the same, but they are interchangeable.

Fullsize guns have a smooth trigger while the midsize/compact guns have a grooved trigger face.
Note the comments at the bottom of the chart about interchangeability...

That's good to know, I'm surprised that sellers don't mention that it'll work in any of them.

As sportfit said the slide locking spring. I change them out all the time and your good to go.

Slide lock spring would be the only non interchangeable part between the 2 as far as the LPK goes. Everything else is good to go. The full size frame has a much longer awkward looking spring. Always amazed at the simplicity of the Glock internals. Gaston is genius.

I assume this (interchangeability) would also hold true for g22/23? Bought a kit for a 23 but switching gears and going full-size. The same kit still work? Other than the slide lock spring?

                          Mostly true.

Personally, I like the smooth trigger much more than then grooved trigger.
