Custom Rifle Builder

I want to have a custom rifle assembled by an experienced gunsmith in the Los Angeles area. My rifle will have the following components:

.300 Win Mag
Stiller Tac300 Action with flat Picatinny rail
Hart #5 fluted 24" barrel
McMillan stock
Jewell Trigger
H-S Precision trigger guard and detach. box mag
Seekins scope rings
Horus Hawk 3X12X50 scope

Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in the LA area to put all this together for me?
