Poly80 PF940C compact magwell compatibility

Anyone have a magwell installed on their compact 940C? I just tried on my Taran Tactical carry magwell on it and it won't fit. I'm sure I could make it fit if with some work but I'd rather get a drop in fit magwell if I can.

I read somewhere G19 magwells were supposed to be compatible. Anyone know which one fits with no mods to the frame? I remember seeing a pic with a magwell on it, can't find it now. Thanks.

I'm not sure, I have not got the compact frame yet, but I think the Poly80 grip is their own shape and may need to be machined or filled in to a Glock 19 size/shape. The full size frame handle with the built in magwell is odd feeling with the thickness and squared off part under your thumb. Let us know what you come up with. I am waiting on the compact, so I can see what bugs need to be addressed in the design like the full size frame, before I start cutting into it.

The compact frame is perfect IMHO. No bugs to speak of. Went together with extreme ease. Argonomics are so much better than my G19 frame. Makes me want to sell the G19 frame and build another P80C.

As for the magwell, the difference between the P80C and stock G19 is very small. I can file it to shape in 5-10 minutes. I'd just rather not if there is a magwell that will fit straight on.

Thanks but that magwell is larger than I would like. I ordered a Taran tactical. I'll
Mod the frame front lip and make it fit. Really love design and feel of the TT Carry magwell.
