Gunsmith Needed - stripped scope base screws

Trying to remove the factory 0moa base on my Tikka T3X CTR. Didn't know that Tikka red loctited (or some proprietary blend) the screws and completely stripped off the head of one screw. Now I have the threads still stuck in my receiver. I was able to remove the other screws with a heat gun before removing.

Any gunsmiths recommended in the Palm Desert area? Also how much would this service cost me to get this removed?

I'm not in palm desert, but I usually charge $40 to remove a stripped out screw.

All else fails out here locally I'll add that to what I've already got scheduled.
