Shaved ak sight block for ak with front sight gas block?

I was wondering if anybody has ever had an ak with a front sight gas block combo but shaved down a normal fsb so that they can keep the muzzle device retention pond I have looked on the internet and can't find a thing

OP wants the bottom part of the FSB, I guess to hold the FH pin and maybe to cover the pin gooves.

I'm not clear on what you are looking for. Most gb/fsb combos have a hole for muzzle device retention pin. Are you just trying to get the pin out of a standard fsb?
