Would a parts kit for an M70 Underfolder(http://akpartskits.com/cart/index.ph...&products_id=6) work with an NDS-3 Receiver by DC Industries? I know there's no hole in an NDS-3 for an underfolder stock, but would I be able to use everything else?

That is a virgin kit. While they are brand new they require a huge amount of work over a standard kit. Too much work for a hobby builder these are best handled by a professional.To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.
