Need TIG / MIG welder - L.A. area

Need a TIG (or MIG?.... don't know, not a welder) welder to close up some holes on Saiga rifle receiver (barreled action).

I am NOT looking to re-weld a de-milled receiver.
I am looking to close up some holes (~1/4" diameter or so) that remain after converting a Saiga rifle from sporter configuration to AK pattern configuration.
