Rent time on blast Cabinet in OC? -UTG HG paint fail..

I tried Duracoating a UTG pro handguard and for some reason the anodizing on it doesn't seam mil-spec and the paint didn't adhere to the finish, oh well. Does anyone know if these are anodized or cerakoted?
i still dont know if i can get away with roughing up the surface or if i'll need to strip completely it so suggestions are welcome.

So now it seams that i need to either strip it or at least rough it up really well.

I haven't had any issues with other uppers/lowers, i leave the anodizing as is and paint over it and things seem fine.

i need to get some time on a blast cabinet so i can strip the paint/initial finish

    thanks in advance

They are anodized and I have blasted a few and honestly they are very well coated. Out of all the rails I have blasted utg and Midwest had the toughest factory coatings. The Daniel Defense one I did all but came off in one pass. If I were you I would blast it or find someone to blast it for you.

Well since i don't have a blast cabinet i'm trying to figure out if i an borrow/rent time on someones in the OC area, OR a place that would do it for me for cheap.
i'm already in further than i was planning and want to get it done (but obviously i can't cut this corner).

        Define "cheap" in monetary units.

Pay the shipping both ways I'll do it for 30 bux. Make two labels at the same time and drop the label and the cash in the box. I'm offering cause I'll be blasting some stuff in the next few days.

If you want to use 80 grit sand. I have that loaded up now in the blaster.

              I am in Costa Mesa.

              PM me.

Cost = 1 cup "O" coffee and you do the blasting.

They charged me $40 to blast an entire pistol a couple of years ago while I waited. Not sure what their pricing would be now for a simple handguard but doesn't hurt to ask. They're in Santa Ana next to the 55 Fwy near Ammo Bros.
