Benelli super Vinci miss feed and 10/22 extraction/ double feed

    Hello everyone,

Had a rough range day this weekend with both the super Vinci and a new ruger 10/22 build.

Both are having some miss feed issues and double feed problems.

    Benelli Super Vinci:
Got the Super Vinci around November of last year. And within that time and now I have put around 1500-2000k bird shot rounds through it, all single loaded at a time. I mainly use it for trap shooting and it has worked flawlessly. When I moved to skeet this weekend the 2nd follow up shot did not chamber in the barrel. It seems to get stuck on the bolt. 50% of the time From what it looks like, it is lifted from the shell lifter but not enough causing the bolt to release and it to jam.
Any tips on what may be going wrong? I will try new ammo this weekend to see if it changes. But with both Federal and WInchester it was having this problem.

    Ruger 10/22:
Having extracting problems with stock bolt. Safe to say that I need to get a new bolt or extractor to replace the current one. This is a new build with a KIDD barrel and 2 stage. Would the extractor be the main problem for causing double feeds? This is using the OEM 10rd mags.

    Thanks again!

I don't know anything about the Benelli.
Hopefully someone will post with info.

For the 10/22, yes, get a new extractor from Kidd, Volquartson or Power Custom...they're all the same.
If the Kidd barrel has a tight chamber, it may have sticky or slow extraction with some ammo.
The chamber should be finished nicely, but perhaps a chamber polish will help.
