    Can a Stainless steel 1911 be coated to a satin black??

    Of course. It's prepped the same as any other metal and sprayed then baked

        There was recently a post on the 1911 forum showing a Springfield TRP stainless that had been Cerakoted next to a stock Armory Kote and the looked identical.
        So yeah.
