    Polymer 80 PF940 help

    Hey,
I got my Polymer 80 PF940 assembled, but am having an issue with the trigger not engaging correctly.
It seems to work with the slide off, but isn't engaging the slide correctly.

The only thing i can tell that's different is that my trigger housing mechanism is slightly loose and has some play; whereas a glock in the gun shop has no play in it at all.

    Thanks

You need to shim the trigger. Cut a small piece of gift card or credit card and slip it in front of the trigger group in the grip, closest to the trigger.

Heres a photo Polymer 80 sent me on where the shim should be located.
        Manufacture defect.

I added the shim and it seemed to take up the slop, but the trigger mechanism housing seems to be sitting a bit high and hanging up on the slide.

the shim shouldn't change the ride height. maybe the shim is a bit too long or too thick.
